Candidly, hadn't given it much thought. That changed due to an recent article in Time. Can someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s consent to a sexual act? This even lead to a prosecution of a spouse who had sex with his spouse. A jury in Iowa acquitted him. No doubt this topic will, and should, be addressed.
